Okay, so my friend and I are going to be traveling across America for our senior trip. Yes, we know it can be very dangerous, but we're mature about the situation at hand and ready to explore. We're going to have about 6,000$ to spend. We don't plan on spending every night at a motel or hotel, though I know they can be cheap. We have friends to stay with and other things to do. But we decided to put 1000$ aside for gas money just to be sure. Do you think this is too little? We live in South Carolina and was planning to head towards Cali but have places we want to stop by. Towns and big cities in between. Do you know any small town family restraunts to visit on the way? Is there any sites you think we should see? We plan to pack as little as possible. That way we could always stop by a laundromat and wash our clothes. With all of this is mind, do you think we'll have enough money to be gone a month and do you think that we'll make it across America and back on it? Thanks in advance. <3
